The Falcon's Computer Program (updated version)

continued losing in the nhl last night... Program has completely blown up it seems... i need to break down things day by day, since dec 2... no nhl plays today for me...

on the other hand a pretty nice night in the nba for the Program, only losing on toronto and OKC, im talking about SU winners. the program was on the right side on 7 of the 9 games last night, this does not mean ATS... just rambling as i look thru some notes.. utah almost covered but trailed almost the entire game...

here is the update for this thread...

Lets look at tonights card, ill try and post the Programs selections for the nhl later, when all lines come out, just to see if the carnage continues... But lets talk about the 3 NBA games..

Spurs: would be a choice by the Program tonight but my filter of the B2B situation  takes me off them. NO Play...

Milwaukee: Program favors bucks but this is not the entire bucks team, they were somehow able to beat the lakers 2 nights ago with 9 guys but i cant take them tonight as a small favorite... NO Play..

Miami: Program favors the Heat tonight... im going to make them my only play for the evening... and since there are no games tomorrow, its going to be a bigger wager for me..

10. Miami Heat (-2.90) ML ($870 to win $300)

 

If you play this and it loses, i am not responsible but im making an investment in the Heat tonight... I do not like the Heat, i am not a fan, this is purely a Program selection... I do not want to mess with the spread, as Utah got me last night by doing this... I can deal with the loss if it happens, i may not want to but i can handle it... The nba has went pretty well, im investing in the Programs best choice tonight...

Im still not 100% set on how to handle this program, i hope to work things out over the holidays and be set by the new year.. Ill have some plays saturday...

since tomorrow is a day off, im going to really trust in my program tonight and wager more on the miami heat..

adding:

Miami (-2.80) ML ($560 to win $200)

 

for a total wager:

Miami (ML) $1430 to win $500

 

this is not smart, ill grant you that but sometime i believe in taking a shot... my program has done well in the nba, im going to trust in it tonight...

Tough Road Moneyline to take 2 days before Xmas.. wouldn't be surprised if Miami just wants to get out of town asap so can spend some time with family before having to travel to Los Angeles Christmas Day.

Hope they don't get caught looking ahead to what most people think will be an NBA Finals preview either..

I can see how a computer would like Miami tonight, but from a handicapping perspective, it's a tough spot.

Not to make matters worse than they already are for you.. but care to explain the reasoning behind this? I guess this comes back to the point of gambling vs. investing. This is a complete gamble tonight, correct?

well thanks for the concerns kreature but i dont understand what you mean by "make matters worse"...

as for tonight: i believe its a good spot for miami... they are on the road today and also saturday, they will not be going back to miami until after Christmas.. Im assuming they look at the next 3 days as a business trip....

the wager amount tonight is a gamble but the pick is not... the pick is an investment into what my computer program deems the best play on the board tonight... im still searching on how best to play the Program..... I think the heat wins this one tonight and im willing to put my money on it..

That miami bet is awful,betting like that shows that you are a big joke. Whenever you lose too much or go below your starting bankroll you transform into an idiot. Get your shit together because you suck and anyone who is tailing you is a fucking asshole.

Whenever someone can't take a favourite on the spread but likes the moneyline, the dog on the spread is usually a good play... so I hate to say it but I'll be fading. GL

There won't really be anything to talk about after the game unless you actually lose.. cuz if you win, big deal, it's 1 bad risk win out of a lot of losing days lately..

To clarify about the "not to make matters worse" comment I made, I just meant that your rep is pretty bad right now with so many people here, that by making a really stupid comment like "there's no games tomorrow so i'm betting more money tonight" should really be a giant red flag to people when they think of tailing you.

So I was just wondering what your answer was to that. The number of games tomorrow should have zero impact on the amount you bet on a game tonight, don't you think?
