something new, long post

Started another post earlier asking if anyone was familiar with Don't post touting websites, but did not hear anything from anyone.  After searching around I found a site that posts their system plays.  And I've found information on how they use their plays in their flat betting, snowball, and 66-33 systems.  I am planning on combining their plays using the labourche (sp?) money management system that PSIC talked about, but with a small twist.  So here's how it's gonna play out. 

 I have three seperate accounts with approx $300 in each.  I will take 5% of my balance and that will be the numbers I use for my line, in this case the line will start as 15-15-15-15.  I will RISK 66% of my bet on the ML and 33% on the runline, so $20 on ML and $10 on runline.  If I win both bets then I cancel out the outside numbers, x-15-15-x, If I win ML bet but lose runline bet then I will call it a push and play the line the same way next game, 15-15-15-15, if Iose both bets then I add the total of my bets to the end of the line and that's my line for the next game, 15-15-15-15-30, so I would bet $30 (66% of $45) on ML for next game and $15 (33% of $45) on the runline.  I will increase my risk unit size on the line when my bankroll goes up $100 and my line clears. Let me know what you think.

 

Tonights play:

Oakland, $20 moneyline, $10 runline

Oh yeah, moneyline play is 20/10, runline is 10/10.

 

Also, I went and checked the site that has their plays, and backtracked to compare it to the plays they have posted on their site, and everything matches up like they have posted.

Play for saturday was NYY, lost both moneyline and runline.  Will post today's play once I get it.

Lost yesterday again on tampa bay.  Play today is LAA for $60, 40 on ML and 20 on RL.

Push tonight, won the ML, lost the RL

Not sure i understand your betting strategy.You are using 5% of $300 ,which you have in 3 accounts,so that is a total of $900 available.Are you betting $15 from each account,totaling $45?

I've had some members email me asking about plusline.  From what I gather the optimal way to play their selections is splitting your bet between the moneyline and runline because almost every play is a very strong favorite so by splitting you'll be able to improve your overall profits especially when using the Labourchere, which of course i would highly recommend.

 

Collect NOW - He's using the Labourchere money management system which is simply this......you create a line that is representitive of your average bet.

 

15-15-15-15....means that the base bet will be $30 because in this system your wager is always the sum of the two outside numbers (in red)

As you can see your next bet would be back to $30...the sum of the two outside numbers.   You can use more than 4 numbers if you like there are no rules...the reason I use 4 numbers is because every time I CLEAR a line i raise my bet.  So once this line is cleared my new line would be: 20-20-20-20 and my base bet would be $40.  Having a shorter line allows me to take advantage of win streaks and raise my bets when on a hotstreak.

Collectnow:  I'm betting that in each account. I want my initial bet to be 10% of my bankroll, and since I'm using the two outside numbers of the line then my LINE unit is 5%.  So each account starts with $300, 5% of that is $15, line started at 15-15-15-15.

 

PSIC:  You are correct regarding plusline.  66% of the bet is on the moneyline and 33% is on the runline.  Thanks for the information you've provided to this site on the Labourchere system, slow and steady but much better than a traditional chase system.

sounds like you are using the morrisson system plays with a line.  If that's right then you would wait until the next sweep series to continue.

and yes, your line is correct.  when you win you cross out the outside numbers, when you lose you add your losing bet to the end of the line.

I still don't understand the concept of this system.    You lost 30 dollars on the cubs thurs night,so you put the 30 at the end of your line,thus meaning you are down $30.You bet TB fri night at 45 dollars,but the juice was -175  and since you bet only to risk,you didn't even get your  30 dollars back from the cubs loss.   30 dollars on TB ML @ -175 paid 13 dollars and the TB RL of -1.5 @ -110 juice paid  13.50 based on a 15 dollar wager.For 2 days/nights worth of work,you are down a few dollars or  breaking even at best.Please help me to understand what i am missing because it sounds like a good system and chances are no team is going to lose 2 series in a row to the same team.

I think that you are confusing what i am doing with the john morrisson system.  I agree that it sounds like a good system, but the traditional chase systems can be killers when you have a loss.  If chase systems are your thing then I have come across a poster at another site who has his own chase system that may be more profitable than the morrisson system. I will post it if anyone wants to hear about it. 

I am simply using the Labourchere money management system as outlined by PSIC.  And I am using the picks from plusline, betting 66% on the moneyline and 33% on the runline. 

I am using all of these factors to try to build my bankroll faster.  By betting 66/33 if I win the moneyline and lose the runline then it's a push, but my bankroll may go up or down a dollar or two.  If i lose both then I add my losing bet to the end of the line, so hopefully if i win the next bet I at least make up what I lost.  It will vary based on what the odds are for the games I play though. The thinking here is that I will have between 55-60% winners, and using the money management plan that I have I should profit greatly. 

I went through the records for last year and this year.  Last year was an exceptional year, over 60% winners, but by the middle of the season i would have been able to turn a 300 dollar bankroll into over 15k. If I would have been playing these picks since the beginning of this year I would be over 10k, again starting with $300. 

In case anyone is curious, here's the results since i started posting:

6/20 OAK, 20/10 ML-winner, 10/10 RL-loser, 0 dollars

6/21 NYY 20/10 ML-loser, 10/11 RL-loser, -30

6/22 TB 30/13 ML-loser, 15/13 RL-loser, -45

6/23 LAA 40/24 ML-winner, 20/19 RL-loser, +4

6/24 LAA 40/28 ML-winner, 20/21 RL-winner, +49

6/25 NYM 30/15 ML-winner, 15/15 RL winner, +30

6/26 CHC 20/11 ML-loser, 10/12 RL-loser, -30

6/27 TB 30/17 ML-winner, 15/13 RL-winner, +30

 

So the record is 3-3-2, +8 dollars.  Only hitting 50% over these last few days still showed a profit.  Hopefully we get a streak of winners going and start to make some $$$
