I know there are a lot of empty chairs out there, but after reading this systems (run-line blitz) nonsense, I had to respond. There is no such thing as a system that works for any serious length of time. If true, there would be no off-shore stores and the same for Nevada.
 
Nothing replaces hard work... 60% of all games are decided by luck or happenstance... the other 40% separates the men from the boys. I forgot more about these matters than 99.9% of all players will ever know.
 
At one time, in the 80's, I owned part of a line service in Vegas. We had spotters and runners at Gene Maday's Little Cesars (they'd take any amount), Churchill and Stardust. I was also privy to the computer kids, group, gang information, or whatever you want to call them. This was because I used to move for them back in Chicago. That was the closest thing I have ever seen to a system (college football and basketball).
 
The good BM's will always catch up and people who use systems are going to go broke no matter what.

So if you began with a $200 wager you have currently lost 200 on game 1, 400 on game 2 (total $600) , 800 on game 3 (toatl $1400), 1600 last night (total $3000) so today you have $3200 to win $3200, on nyy-1 1/2 ev ? Is that correct?

That is close 2 correct.. give a few units with +/- juice.

1st time the system has gone this deep for me since the 1st of May, an yeah, it really sucks.

The Yanks should get it done.. but who knows with that rivalry.. I'm ridin with Saunders an the Angels 2nite..

prof8t man.. if you're really layin money on this system, then I wish you the best of luck 2morrow. I really felt uncomfortable with the Yankees match-up today and ended up clearing my chase with the Angels 2nite.

It is a huge sigh of relief. I thought about bailing completely but decided I would trust my ability to play the right game.

Personally.. I see Tampa is the heavy fav right now at -250 and the Angels are a distant 2nd at -200.

They both should get the job done.. but I will be playing the Angels at +110 to get the job done. Weaver is a huge Lakers fan and he wants to mow down the Padres as quick as possible so he can watch as much of the game as possible.

If I was on a Game 6 chase.. this is where my money would be.

One thing I have learned on this system is that I am staying the fuck away from the over inflated yankees lines. Their lines are always over inflated and I should of listened to my gut and gone with the angels last night. Oh well down a lot on the week. lets go Tampa today and hope to clear it all up. Good luck fellas!
 
BTW on thing that has been money this season is any bet against the Nats, the suck and you can usually count on them stinking it up.

prof8t.....what is the pick today?   As the system plays today is the day of truth. Today either you will be 33-0 on the system, ( which i hope you win ), or something that a few posters such as don1945 and myself have brought up before (and had cannons fired at us) will happen. If you refer to post #236 and the example there you have to bet $6200 on somebody? today -1 1/2. If you win the system is 33-0 and you will be up roughly $6600 give or take. If you lose you're down roughly $12,400 on the system.....so what is the pick??

they got us the over in the game 5 yesterday for the totals chase, lets hope we seal this one up too.

Well aware of this scenario, however, I PLAY THE Labouchere method, so the loses are not quite as dramatic as you have them posted.  Nevertheless, they are still losses.  I have also planned accordingly for this.

If this one loses, for the sake of the record, I will post it as the first system loss, however, I am personally going to be playing a split line between TB and the Angels.  Sundays are rough days on my bankroll, and my experience has been that the opposite of what I play on Sundays is usually where I should have been for the money.

prof8t, I play the same way, first time I have had so many picks at the same time with a big loosing streak on multiple systems, got a couple questions for you.

Do you run your systems all through the same line? Or do you have a different line for each one?

Also, not in relation to the RL Blitz, I have already taken a chase loss on another system I play this week, what do you do to split up the losses? I was thinking taking my next bet and splitting it across my next chases evenly... Ie. LOSS of 3000 and I get next chase 3 series, start them all off at 1000 a pop?

prof8t, do you mind explaining how you use the Labouchere system here, i.e. what you would bet on Game 1, then 2, etc.? Feedback would be appreciated. Good to see you covered half of it today...although TB not scoring an extra run was BS. Detwiler was way off today.

I use different lines for different systems.  The method in which I would redistribute my losses varies depending on the system and the upcoming opportunities associated with that particular system, however, splitting the losses across the next chases evenly is the most common method I use.
