To check on which players are the starters for each NBA team for each game day, go to: www.nba.com and hover your mouse cursor over the game at the top, then click on "Game Info." Next, click on "Media Notes" under each of the team logo to be taken to the PDF page that will display to you who will be the starters for each team for that game.

Then, to check whether a player is white or black, just go to https://espn.go.com/nba/depth/_/type/full and click on the name of the player to see his picture.
