Got this email today. I really hate this guy but I find his emails amusing.
To his credit, the Cavs did indeed play a referee-aided 2nd half a few nights ago, and trounced the Bobcats after being embarrassed by half time.

I came across Morrison. Sadly (again, because I wasn't aware of covers.com), I purchased both his MLB system and his NBA system.
After reading up covers.com a bit, I realized that all/most of his system are posted here. Cost me some money, but oh well. I will say however, his systems DO work. I've raised my bank roll from $800 to $2750 in just the past couple months with the MLB season alone, following the RPI sweeps that JM says to wager on.
I really don't like the fact that he spams my inbox almost on a daily basis, trying to sell me new stuff. I also don't like the fact that he has changed his system "guidelines" to try and cover losses. Maning up to his losses would make me have a lot more respect for the guy.

1. Lying about loses and covering them up
2. His systems do not work. One loss and your whole bankroll is gone. And he has had a number of them in the past few years. But of course a new system comes out the next year and lo and behold if you used this new system last year you would of had no losses (Data mining)
3. The spamming as you mentioned
If you keep following this chase system you will torch your whole bankroll sometime down the road. You can use the Labrouche system to help out. I know some that use this system with it and some of the risk is cut out.
Tell me. How long do you think it take to torch your bankroll in the NBA with you are buying 3 points and laying -170 and -180.
Also when you bought his systems, did he have you sign up with BetUs ? Well if he did that certain book sees the code and you are delt differnt lines on those NBA games. At least this was the case last year.

Yep I'm on BetUS but I'm also on a few other books, just incase I'm dealt a crappy line by them. I've read those threads before as well, and was smart enough to not shell my entire BR into one sportsbook. Thank God!
Originally, I did indeed start his MLB system with the Martingale. Now that MLB is over though, I'm starting the NHL system with the Labourchere. Seems to me (and anyone logical) that spreading out the losses and wagering less on games (compared to the Martingale) is a much better philosphy than risking an insane amount of units just to win 1 unit back.
The juice is indeed high, but I've back tested the NBA and NHL for the past 3 years. This took an incredible amount of time and nerves, but I'm coming up with very few losses, had I used the Labourchere system for those years. If you're winning that many games, the juice really doesn't matter too much, as long as you have the BR to keep the wagers flowing.
I'm also not "so sure" JM invented this system. The more I read, it seems that it's been talked about for years and years, probably before most of us were even in the gambling field.

jv040 - in answer to what happened to credit cards......he has had so many refund requests and chargebacks that no merchant will allow him to charge credit cards......second even if they would he knows his system is BS and doesn't want to chargebacks so with cash if you ask for a refund he can tell you to F-off...
as for him being able to tell which games are fixed......first off, there are nba referee supervisors now that view the tapes of every single game so the likelyhood, although not impossible, of a fixed game is a lot less than it was even a year ago. JM is simply trying to capitalize on the fact that a book was written and every time someone loses an NBA bet all of a sudden the game is fixed.
