Good luck on dem Yankees, but I doubt they win before going into Toronto (those rich guys need the "we're on a losing streak" excuse

Just wanted to let you know that I have been following your thread as I found interesting. I took some time and back tested a few years back. The bad news is this strategy losses value over time, meaning it hovers near 50 percent. Adding filters may help improve the numbers, but just chasing losers can't make money. Now oddly, teams that have won 5 in a row faired better averaging 55.4% winning game 6.

2013
L5 = 82 - 92 (47.1%)
L6 = 44 - 45 (49.4%)
W5 = 104 -76 (57.8%)

2014
L5 = 64 - 80 (44.4%)
L6 = 39 - 40 (49.4%)
W5 = 67 - 74 (47.5%)

2015
L5 = 56 - 66 (45.9%)
L6 = 34 - 31 (52.3%)
W5 = 71 - 60 (54.2%)

@Irage, Wow.. Thanks dude for the feedback and and back testing it.. Really appreciate your feedback and the data you've provided.. My partner and I were talking about adding some filters.. One of the filters that we're considering is starting the bet on a 5L to 6L above to minimize the chase plus increasing starting amount everytime we hit 5k, 6k, 7k, etc.. We've also take into consideration betting against the teams that are on a Winning streak, we just lack the time to back test it. 

Anyways, this is just our beta test on the system. Hoping that it turns out fruitful at the end season. And if it is, we'll use it for next season.. Cheers @Irage
