Power Rankings Play/Fade

Some of you may have noticed that I made a spreadsheet that had different systems automated on it.  After a few weeks, it was apparent that not many worked...unless you chase and even then some didn’t work.  Leave your comments about chasing somewhere else...I just don't like to chase. When I wager, I like to just place the same amount for each play.
I decided to look at different web sites power rankings.  I was able to automate 5 onto my spreadsheet ... one site has quite a few different rankings and I chose 4 of them. I'm not going to list them as I don't know how Covers feels about the posting of other web sites.  I can say that Covers is one of the power rankings.
I took each sites’ rankings 1-30 and averaged them out.  Since each site updates differently (a couple sites’ update weekly, others biweekly or daily), I weighted the rankings, giving more stress to the daily rankings and less to the weekly.  From this total, I have a ranking of 1-30.

I have made a couple of rankings, too.  These two are solely based on stats and the weight that I give them.  One is based on the last 5 games played, home and away.  The other is based on the last 20 games, home and away.  No web site’s power ranking are used in mine.
I have given a number to wins and losses and streaks for the last 5g & 20g. With the 20g ranking, I have just taken the L5 and then added a different numerical set for the 15g before that. I have taken a number and multiplied it by the winning percentage H/A of each team for ML, -1.5 RL, and -2.5 RL. 
I gave weight to each outcome, and came up with the rankings from the above.

This is not a chase.  I have included -1.5 RL stats too.  Even if a play team is a dog, you would play it as (-1.5).
The rankings are Power Rank Play/Fade (first post), L5 (My Rk Play/Fade), and L20.

Post #4...in the rankings for "...FADES", play the opponent not the stated team.  Example, Last 20 Fade is CWS, Atlanta etc.  You would play Houston and Philly respectively.

Also, if there isn't a full complement of 15 games like yesterday, you would play the top/fade the bottom 4 of the day.  My spreadsheet is automated, and gives the top/bottom 4 daily.

Just looking specifically at Lad/Az game today on my spreadsheet.  I noticed that Arizona has the 4th best ranking for home teams, but it wasn't highlighted (that's how I can easily tell a play for each ranking).
Each rankings play is based on the average rankings for both away and home. 

Today:

Plays
Lad is #1 with 2.21 Away (#1) average
Nyy is #2 with 8.57 Away (#2) average
Cle is #3 with 9.07 Home (#3) average
Chc is #4 with 9.18 Away (#3) average

No Plays:
Boston is #5 with 9.29 Away (#5) average
Arizona is #6 with 9.36 Home (#4) average

I wanted to track this daily, for posterity..lol...but I figured out how to do it on my spreadsheet so I don't need to do it.  I will continue as the thread is getting looks.

Since I can now keep daily tabs on the stats, I can manipulate them.

Example, since I started this thread, My Rk Play RL has given positive units every day (not counting today as games are still being played). My Rk Play and Pwr Rk Fade RL have both been positive 4 out of 6 days.

This based on Covers closing lines and another website's RL and ARL.

The best thing about this is I can back test 2 of the rankings...My Rank (last 5) and the L20. Both are just using stats while the Power rankings are just some web master's opinion at some sites though a couple say that they use algorithms etc etc.

Just the stats, maam, just the stats.
