Post All-Star Home System

Yep, those are the teams. Never thought the Pirates would qualify.

SF has very good pitching except for Lincecum, but he should come around.

after doing the research, and counting the giants in the above list, there would be 36 total plays this year. Thinking I'm gonna jump onto this system. Some series go as far as 10+ games. Can't see any of these teams going on a losing streak like that at home.

It's a lot of juice - I would look for some filters - since these teams are heavy favorites to begin with I would look at L10 or Last 7 stats - if you avoid teams on a cold streak - you may be able to go with a 2 or 3 game chase and not risk ruin on a cold team

Is correct that the system is to play the following teams when playing at home for at least three games?

NYY
Texas
LAA
Washington
Pittsburgh

It's when starting a homestand of at least six games.  However, I chase these teams for four games, then end it. 

This fact is true about the six-game chase: Since I started tracking in 1999, it never has lost.

These are the starting dates I have for the 5 teams on the post all star system of six home games or more.... in a above post somebody said 27 plays. I only have 23 ??? did i miss something

You forgot to include the "unofficial" San Francisco.

Also, LAD qualifies as "unofficial" as they are 11 games above .500 @ home.  I like their team especially since they're starting to get healthy.

It's only teams who are 10 games over .500 overall.  I don't track any other teams.  I have the skeds for each team the rest of the way but don't have time to post this morning.

Well that's what LuckyDan said.  SF is 10+ @ home; last year WAS was 10+ at home and kept the system perfect...something to maybe consider.

It is CPK22's system. I only mentioned that Washington won last year being 10 games over at the break at home, and not 10 games overall. SF is in the same position this year. I overlooked LAD this year.

It was intended for consideration only. Hard to deviate from a trend that is spotless since 1999.

Anybody have the stats for a home stand of 6 games or more AND after the initial game of the home stand the home team wins and there are 5 games left (or more), is it worth chasing AGAIN? Gracious.
