BOL . I'll be rooting for the Ducks tonight. But, about the line, what exactly is a 5dime reduced line? Anaheim is plus money for the regular time win so I'm guessing it's a push if game goes to overtime for you ?

5dimes offers reduced lines every day a few hours after the normal lines go up.  Those lines are just like the regular ones (regular ML only), but are just at better rates (i.e. instead of -140, I got the Ducks ML at -133).  I believe they only keep them up a couple hours each day.

I can also answer your question Cardinalsfan. It was Edmonton during their homestand between December 11th and December 16th.  Because it wasn't clear what expert was doing, we have to base the record on plays posted in this thread. This is what happened:

expert picks Edmonton on the 11th and they lose
expert picks Vancouver on the 13th and Edmonton wins
expert picks Edmonton on the 16th and Edmonton loses ( big time  9 - 2 hehe )

So, it might have been bad luck but it still counts as a series loss. Everything else was perfect. 

The streak is alive . I'll try answering the other comment about updating the record. Here goes:

EDMONTON loses on the 11th of December with a line of -155
VANCOUVER loses on the 13th of December with a line of +115
EDMONTON loses on the 16th of December with a line of +108

This is the three game chase that was lost and it totals a loss of 8.14 units.

So, in reality, record is 71 - 1 and + 62.86 units. But, keep in mind there are chases currently ongoing. I think Nashville is getting to it's 3rd game tomorrow so it might get expensive if the home stand gets ugly. Hope this clears up everything .

That's who I'm playing today, Ketut.  Expert likes to mix in handicapping so with a couple of home 'dogs today, don't be surprised if those aren't his plays.  If you can handle a couple of losses tonight and plan on making them up on a future game in the home series, you should be fine with those picks.

I would agree with the plays tonight expert but gotta put a major disclaimer here. This is a major deviation from the system since Phoenix and Calgary are very good home teams ( in fact , they are in the top 10 ) so fading them might be costly in the long run if luck isn't on your side. BOL with these series .

eli, i understand that but the oddsmakers are usually right. You can play your Phoenix, Calgary and waste all that juice

thats how confident I am with this. I did not get a 71-1 record allowing each team to go 3 games.

I was not protesting the picks expert, just mentioning that this is a direct opposite play from the system that has produced the 71-1 record.

Nothing wrong with doing so if you are as confident as it seems with these fade picks. I love the Sharks so I see no problem with them winning tonight but the only pick that is scaring me off is Chicago for some odd reason. Perhaps the strong home record of the Coyotes and the nice streak the Blackhawks are on but we'll see. I was just pointing this out so that there was no confusion about how the picks were chosen.
