As for the system, looks to me this year has been an exceptionally good year compared to other years (I removed =2013 after season to get the previous year in a summary).
This year, 2010 and 2006 were the only winning years since 2004. That's assuming you flat bet.. no chasing..no labby etc.
System seems to typically average 50% to 66%, more so in the 50's… last season going at 44%.
