No, the 2 losses were in different seasons We have done this for 4 years. Two of the years had zero losses while the other two had 1 loss each. All 4 years were profitable, even with the loss.

I kinda did the same. If I had just kept to the system as I posted it instead of messing around and/or forgetting to play, I would be fine. I was up 5x my original BR before losing to just over double of what I started with.

It is comforting to know I am in good company. I can't complain too much, because I took payouts from my book and those covered much of the expense of a trip to Disneyworld with wife/kids - and a trip up to N. coast of Michigan, also with wife/kids. That's how Dan helps a brother out !!

If there is one big road fav, say a -150, and then just two other road favs both with identical odds, say both at -115, which of the two -115 games do you take?

Good question. What I usually do is compare the lines on multiple books. Quite often one of the two is a larger fave a majority of the time. In a case where it is too close to call, I hunker down and do some old fashion handicapping and go with it.

I use separate bankrolls for each sport I bet. No sense in making money in hockey and giving it away in another sport. If I ever lose my bank in a sport, I'm done with it. So, I do not bet NFL. Lol.
