NCAA Totals System

I take a few set of numbers and average them all together.  I then compare that to the current line.  Bingo!  I run the numbers for every college basketball game and post my ten best.  Goal is 60%.  Hopefully we can hit something higher.  Hey it's worth a shot.  These are in no particular order.

I'm doing something similar so far I have a 54% record on all NCAAB totals so far!

Thats encouraging!  Last night my system went 10-4 on all games.  That obviously won't happen every night.  What did your games go last night?  I wonder if we do the same thing.

I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW BOTH COLLEGE AND NBA, BUT I USE A 5-6 PT SEPERATION DEPENDING ON THE LINE UP. ALSO INJURIES, AND WETHER OR NOT THE STAR IS PLAYING.

Yea if there are any players doubtful or not playing I simply don't play the game.  I am going to start tracking NBA on my own to see if it also works for that.  I will post that if it has a winning night tonight.

ok im officially done with this....any system that goes 1-9 in any given day cannot be a good one.  I have a new idea in motion.  Has good statistical backing.  Follow my picks in the nba forum.

My advice to both of you.....

BACK TEST your system using the POINT SPREAD LOG @ goldsheet.com. You will see that just taking game averages over the course of a season will result in an almost 50-50 split.

can you find also trends of matchups on that website??

Not sure but they have a huge log of results with the spread.
