Sorry, and you need to cross off a 5 and a 10 for your win on SF providing you laid enough to win 15 on SF.

I didn't cross off sf because there was no overall profit on det and fla they both lost. thats why I left my alone. it doesn't matter in the long run if you add on juice or leave it alone look at the second link posted in this forum at the top of my page. there's a good example of 2 line labouchere. and I made a small error and put the decimal in the wrong place were really 2.4 units down but with bets coming in if we nail our bets tonight hopfully well be up.

jv, the juice does matter, especially in the long run, if you're laying -183 on DET and they lose. That is a significant hit to your units and they need to be accounted for. Your line should look like this.
5-5-22-28
and you should be betting one team to win 33 today and one team to win 27. If you don't follow the rules for Labourchere it's not going to work even if you have a valid MLB strategy which it appears you do. The whole goal of Labby lines are to clear those lines. Just sayin' BOL

kkirby I think you might be right about crossing off all the wins and adjusting line after that. it's just I was trying to think of a way to keep the labourchere line low and still make profit just incase of a missed C bet wich I know sooner or later is going to happen. if all the games were bet on the 2 outside numbers on one line then juice don't matter that much just my opinion.

JV, I dont think thats gonna work either. Kirby is right, except all your bets for that day should be $33. Unless you had games that ended before others that started later. If you do labby right, there is no way to keep a 1 liner small. Stick with PSIC's way even though you arent wild about it. Even his lines can get large so just imagine working a 1 liner. I tried to do a progressive 3 liner, but gave up on it quickly because I couldnt figure out how to make it work and I went back to the old trusty PSIC way.

maybe we should start over and post 3 line method. I could never stick to it. but I will try.

jv, I think using a 3 line method is the way to go, but you have to have the discipline to stick with it. The success from Lab lines comes from the fact that every game you win you eliminate 2 numbers from your line while each loss only adds 1 number to the line. Even with a 40% accuracy you can still clear lines eventually. Granted that the bets will get large in some cases but you have to stick to it. If you find a statistical edge with either an A,B, or C game you can stick those bets on the line that gets large if you want but from what I've been doing is just grit your teeth and lay the big bets down with the same lack of emotion that you lay the small bets down. Every bad streak will get countered with a good streak and you will clear lines. Just make sure that when you clear lines, you are making money, so make sure your juice is covered.

I am still going to try one line labouchere cross off wins and add losses. I'm going to be betting all teams on the 2 out side numbers and include juice. I think this will work better. I'm going to start listing units up over again starting with flaridas win. 3.4 units. thanks for everyones suggestions and I hope everyone profits this summer.
