No love for the A's.  It looks like today will be busy with 6 teams

I think tht its time to draw that proverbial line in the sand. Starting from the beginning of May right thru August 30th, the shut out system has produced winning series after winning series. From the time SFJustice first posted this Shutout system until August 30th, we have had a total of 137 series that went to completion. here is the complete list below :

( D ) : 10 - 6

( F ) :  2 - 0

As you can plainly see, slighty over 95 % of the series were completed by the 4th level. Six series required going one or two steps further.
What makes me leery of continuing further is the fact that the September 1st call ups will adversely affect this and many other systems.Teams like Texas, Philadelphia, Arizona and Colorado have no chance to make the playoffs. I would expect the managers to start allowing their minor leaguers to start getting some major league experience while some vets on those teams may just be going thru the motions waiting for their dismal season to finish and go on vacation. I really believe that this system has merit from May thru the end August each season. So take the prudent step and conclude this system now, or as the late Walter White once said, " Tread lightly, "

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out @ 137-0  and a 'minimum' MM strategy of 2u per WIN, the ROI total for the season would be 274u / $27,400.....up to the present. and would have to be considered outstanding results, both in winning % and unit dividends; thier where 263 games posted, of which 136 resulted in a WIN (51.7%)

To discourage further play, or "tread lightly" at this point would have to be looked at as an asinine decision, and units squandered; let me explain your commentary in regards. first of all this is MLB, not the Little League, players do not simply go through the motions at the end of the regular season, based upon the fact that they have no real chance of making the playoffs, and all they're waiting for is the season to end, this is the farthest concept from reality attached to "how MLB works" imaginable (a recent example to this is the Phillies sweeping the Mariners on their home field) maybe your not aware to the fact that each team gets paid for a WIN, and this money is distributed equally to all individual team members, a team also gets paid for the order of finish at the end of the season, that is all teams, with the exception of last place. believe me, nobody who has the skills to play MLB simply "goes through the motions, waiting for a dismal season to end" it's embarassing to the players, the team, and most of all the fans, who keep the game alive, and still attend the games, that you may see as irrelevant, (there's always to sides to a coin flip) I don't know if you have ever played baseball at any level, if you have, or anyone who's reading this for that matter, reflect back; "did you ever enter a game towards the end of a season where as your team had a losing record, and no place further to go, did you say, lets go through the motions and get this game over with, so we can go on vacation! hell, let them WIN, who cares.....the team, thats who. no player, or team lays down in MLB, they play to WIN, September is a phenominal month, take advantage of what it offers to the MLB SHUTOUT SYSTEM

Please refer to the original post in this thread to get the basis for this system. This is a six game chase and we start on the A level. With each loss, we move up the ladder so to speak. Slightly over 95 % of the plays have gone just three levels ( A,B,C ). If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

It can be a bit confusing, but not to worry as I will explain it in detail. First on the docket is deciding which team to bet against and that is established by having any team score zero runs. On Sunday ( August 31st ), both Tampa Bay and Miami were shut out in their games. They both qualify for the system starting today as teams that we will wager against. It doesn't matter who they are playing or where they are playing, we will wager ON their opponent. In the case of Tampa Bay, they are playing Boston, so the Red Sox now become an ( A ) play. In the case of Miami, they are playing the N.Y. Mets, so the Metropolitan's become the ( A ) play. As for San Diego, they are playing Atlanta which was shutout on August 30. Until Atlanta loses a game, we will keep playing on their opponent for up to 6 straight games, regardless of who the opponent is.

The system is 137-0 since June1st. if my calculations are correct, the system went 109-0 from opening day; April1st thru May30th which gives the system a YTD of 246-0 = $49,200 (min)

The system has performed remarkably well this season. Although, there have been two occasions where a bettor would have had to make an ( F ) wager. If one was using a " Marty " that would have required a 32 bet wager which some bettors just don't have the stones to make.Its been a great year so far.

Why did you pick SD when they scored a run against LAD the day before?  Is it because LAD 7:1 SD was pretty close to a shut out since SD scored only once when LAD scored so many?

You need to remember that any team can qualify in this system if it gets shutout. Once a team is shutout ( doesn't matter how they were ) that team then becomes the one we fade.
To make it easier in the future I will list both sides of the wager so you can see the original ( bet against ) team. In the case of the San Diego Padres, we were wanting their opponent ( Arizona Diamondbacks ) to lose. Arizona qualified on Saturday 08/30 by being shut out by the Colorado Rockies. On Sunday the Rockies were an ( A ) play and consequently lost. So, we then move on to a ( B ) play against the Diamondbacks regardless who they are playing. That team was the Padres and San Diego won as a ( B ) wager and our series against the Diamondbacks is over and is counted as a winning series. Understood ?

Nice parlay on the RRL selection. Although you would be hard pressed to find that wager offered at the Sports Books in Las Vegas.

Just giving odds/payout info on the winning plays that the system kicked out, no mention of a parlay,(flavor/value) however; in reference to your commentary "you would be hard pressed to find that wager offered at Sport Books in Las Vegas" I have quoted  last nights closing RRL odds, located at the Cantor LV (software)sportbooks: Palms,Hard Rock, Flamingo, Venetian, M Resort, plus Stations, William Hill, and LVH...my location is LV and I use the WIfi enabled tablet for each system, I can't speak for the remaing books through-out town, I don't use them. but I can help you in regards to the location of a book where this parlay/wager was available yesterday; as described..my response is one of interest, but why did you make that statement? you do realize this is the S&S forum, and when a statement is made that would have to be considered "from the inexperianced" you can't let it pass without response, so consider yourself educated to the fact that no one short of a moron is going to be "hard pressed" to find a wager like you commented on, offered at LV sportbooks, it's just not happening, you've been mis-informed..may you continue to prosper

RRL is handicapping termonology. if your using an online service you actually have to search the RRL out.. PinnacleSports has it listed as 'Alternative'
