    DR,
    Are you going to consider shifting a few numbers from one of the crap teams (ex. PHI), to another line ?. Or possibly what I am thinking is opening up another line on a team like TO, KC, TB for example and shift a labby unit of say a .5 - 2.  Try and attempt to keep the line on crap teams as minimal as possible (2-3 numbers). Sure they are going to win a few as dogs but I dont have the confidence of a good run to clear a line, could take all season for a team like PHI to win a string, or better yet SD to score a run.  I would have more confidence in one of the better teams clearing when they get that +105 - +120 line, with there 3rd or 4th rotation pitcher in.
