MLB DOG SYSTEM

this is something  I worked on most of the winter,  bet --1.5  line when team is favored and the dog on money line.

this  is a 3 game chase.

i'm going to run labourche  line and martingale at the same time both off a 2000 doller bank roll  at  1.5  percent  and adjusting martingale bankroll  to  1,5 percent for every set of games cleared.  same  with  labourche  line adjusting bank roll for every line cleared to 1.5  percent.

I'm  using  1  2  3  for martingale,  everyone can bet how they want,

Coolspot how did you choose the game to play on? The heaviest favorite of the day?

nfl_huskers from what I've read you're good at backtest right? Would you be able to crunch the stats? Thanks

This looks like a system similar to a couple other threads. Bet -1.5 run line on the favorite and also bet the money line on the underdog. The only way to lose the bet is if the favorite wins by one run.

So far, my analysis shows that Away Favorites win by one run far less frequently than Home Favorites. Also, higher totals produce less one run games.

For starters, bet Away Favorites in games with Total >= 8.

I have a separate thread that adds an extra filter for winning percentage. Feel free to check it out. Not many plays so far in April.

I already have  filters.  g  ames should start to pick up after easter.  I'm  guessing there's around 150 series chases but could be more.  I;m not going by what I gave out last year this is all new stuff.

Interesting.  Looks similar to this ...

Find home teams that are ML favorites.
     Bet -1.5 RL for team getting the highest plus odds.

Find home team who is the biggest favorite on +1.5 RL.
     Bet ML for that home team if they are underdog.

I hope it does very well. The system in that link you posted seemed like it had several parameters, so figured I was over-simplifying this one.

Based on your research, what win/loss record are you expecting with your 3-game chases? Basically, how many A,B,C wins for every C game loss?
