Basically, these plays follow an aggressive money mgmt system (5% of the bankroll) while leaning toward the dog plays.

That's about it. The plays are a result of my own handicapping but feel free to try this system with your own picks.

The Philly offense has been sputtering lately and Hallady is 1-2 in his last 3. Also, Texas has a better hitting, more powerful team with more speed. They have a good chance to take this one tonight if it doesn't rain out.

Cincinnati +181  $41.77

The public is all over Philly with this one. And you can't blame them - it's Roy Freaking Halladay against a sliding Reds team that just snapped a 6 game losing streak. But looking closer at this game one notices Halladay is 1-2 in his last 3 games while Cincinnati lefty Travis Wood is 2-0 with a 1.11 whip in his last 3. The Reds are also a respectable 11-12 on the road and are a talented team with power. Overall, Cincinatti has .262 BA vs the Phils' .248 and the Reds are 2nd in the league in HR with 55. They proved last night that they can beat the Phillies a home and they have a great chance to post another win tonight.

Baltimore +153  $42.62

The O's have won 6 of 10 and the last 5 straight while Oaktown is a miserable 3-7 over their last 10. Baltimore's Chris Tillman (R) is 1-2 with a 1.13 ERA in his last 3 starts and the A's Gio Gonzalez (L) has been equally impressive as of late (3-0, 1.65 ERA over last 4 starts). However, the Orioles are just a little better offensively and defensively. And, for what it's worth, they've been batting a few points higher vs leftys than they have righties over the past 2 weeks. With these two teams more evenly matched than not, there's some great value to be had here with the Baltimore play.

KC has been sucking lately. No doubt about it. But they beat Texas last night making the Rangers 4-6 over their last 10. Tonight, Texas will be sending Matt Harrison (L) to the mound against KC's Sean O'Sullvan (R). Kansas City actually hits better as a team vs left-handers (.268) while Texas hits worse vs right-handers (.244)  That's a +19 point swing for the Royals and a -17 point swing for the Rangers! And when comparing this season's overall power numbers we notice the Royals have more hits, runs, TB, and RBI than the Rangers. With KC's slight edge and odds at +184 this is most our play for today.
