I want to win $100,000. Any advice?

it can be done EASILY if u have good money management.

Hard to compare 10K -> 30K with 0.1K -> 100K

Honestly, If you just start small and look it as an investment, rather than a get rich-quick scheme.  In any investment firm, a reasonable ROI would be 10-15% a year.  So if you can simply aim for 10% in a month (which is pretty reasonable) then you could reach your goal faster than the stock market.

Just gotta be disciplined, and stay small.  I'd say no wager should be more than 2.5% of your BR.  Losing streaks are going to happen, so just be patient, and don't jump ship during losing streaks.  Also don't raise your stakes too high during winning spells.

I agree with this post.  Labby lines small to start....with 100 I would even start out lower than 10 bucks.  start with this line until you clear it 10 times and then come back 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1

Gotta move to Nevada to make this kind of money because any offshore acct will fudge at paying out ur 100K.  Second, you'll have to avoid blackjack tables,  slot machines, hookers, a loud craps table, more hookers, the ponies, and the guy at work who tells u that he knows its a sure thing.  Good luck though.....  I've been trying to make 100k gambling since my 20's now I'm close to 50 and I broke every rule on the list.
