Like the idea, but agree with others that a 7 game chase is too much to handle. Anything past 2 games is uncomfortable for me...

He is playing every home game for each of the 5 teams and if they are pretty even (40 under and 40 over) that would give make it 200-0 for a season.
But with the crazy 7-game chase you would have to have 180 units to win 1 unit if the odds where -110 and even more if the odds are lower.

Why just 7+ games? You would think first game of any home stand would be good to go...key on east coast visitors, or did i just come up with a new angle? LMFAO.
Any body have a spot play method for picking over/under for the mlb they would like to share...i've been using combined era but it's no better than a coin flip.

Uh have you read the thread??? He is playing teams with a 7 game home stand, and once the under hits that series is done. Teams only have about six, 7 game home stands a year!!! 5 teams X 6 is 30 plays!!!! Unless math in Denmark is different???

No math is pretty much the same, but it seems that when even the author is not able to calculate the correct stats, the system has not been explained well enough.

Since you had a refund yesterday with the push, why would you not go 2 Units again today? Why do you go 3?
Also, are there any other secret hidden rules that you have not mentioned? So far, if a problem has come up (like the Angels being a team), the hidden rule is then revealed..
Is there any hidden rules involving pushes? Like.. if there is a 7-game Homestand and the 1st game pushes, do you continue on with the play, since there is really only 6 games then?

I played the Dodgers and Seattle plays, too, so picked up a couple extra
Units.
I have the numbers for this System compiled from 1999-Present.. It's on paper and I am in the process of transferring it onto a spreadsheet.
I will post the numbers once that is complete.. it is a good looking System but there were definitely some scary, deep chases over the years.
And there was 1 loss..

Sorry I couldn't get this posted last night, we had a pretty big lightning storm with heavy rain, so I just shut things down and went to bed early.
On this spreadsheet I have done a few things..
1) I also tracked all home series which were only 6 games. This created a ton more plays and only had 4 losses over the past 12 years.
2) I broke things into 6-Game, 7-Game, & 12-Game Series. On each Individual Team Page things are broken into these categories. On the Master Record page it is broken into the same 3 categories, but the 6-Game Series includes ALL series of 6 games or more (so it shows the record for 6, 7, & 12-game series combined) and the 7-Game Series includes ALL series of 7 games or more (so it shows record for 7 & 12-game series combined).
3) I tracked all Series of 12 games or more to win 2 Units from the start. It was extremely successful and rarely went deep. Most times it hit 2 wins on the first 3 games. So the record shown for all 12-Game Series includes 2 wins per series. (ie. Seattle shows record of 18-0 on 12-Game Series.. this is actually 9 Series with 2 Units won on each.) Strangely enough, 12-Game Series have pretty much disappeared since 2006. Only 1 of these teams has had a series that long since.
4) The 7-Game Series which this thread's author claims to have never lost, actually does have just 1 loss since 1999. It occurred in 2003 with the San Diego Padres. It was an 8-Game Homestand which saw 2 pushes mixed in with 6 Overs (losses). That is why I asked in a previous post what the rule was on pushes. The author said, quote, "off a push just like in blackjack press your bet". Still, since 1999, this carries a record of 302-1. If you include playing to win twice on the 12-Game Series, it holds a record of 328-1. This is pretty damn good I think.
The only thing not included on this spreadsheet are the upcoming plays, which I will add later. You guys can take a look at this and figure out whatever you want from this. Like SRTZEE said, maybe there is a different angle to take on all this. For myself, if it isn't broke quit trying to fix it. It seems to work, as is, and I will be playing this. I will post the spreadsheet link and plays on my thread, as well.

i know you were skepitcal from the start on what i found,,,,by i think now kreatue you see what i hev found is a moneymaker.....now since you are finally looking at this with a opened mind,,,what if we take all the teams and find out what totals work with some other teams if there is something that looks has good has the west coast then we should start making money on that too.....tell me what teams you want to do ,,,i was thinking....if you do a league and i do i league..if you..are to this kreature,,,,,let me know....
