For totals I believe it's listed pitchers but sides are action. Honestly today I wasn't even paying attention at work and feel stupid for asking but was there a pitching switch today? None of my bets got cancelled so it must not have been on one of the total games..

It's not by choice or anything but that's just the default for the book.
