Question. Is the initial move on an opening college basketball line the "smart" money and when is the opening college basketball line posted in Las Vegas? Thanks

checkout donbest.com it's the line I consider to be the opening line.  Regarding smart money - my opinion - don't get hung up on this "smart money" thing.  Look at a sport and come up with the key drivers - then set up an algorithm ( a combination of data points) that derives positive results. For example, in basketball the the key drivers to me are assists, turnovers, shooting percentage defense, rank and schedule strength - and you must consider the opening line.  I've devised a system that helps me make my selections - you gotta do the same thing. Figuring out if that is that a smart money line change or is that bozo public loving a particular team - will lead to financial ruin eventually.
