CBB Capping

I really need some help capping and any advice would be greatful.  Not asking for a system just a nudge in the right direction.

I do basic things.  Take average for home team and away team in these categories to set my line.  Rebounds, FT made, blocks, steals, defensive shooting %  allowed.

Heck the way I do it is simple and profitable.  Just look at the games and lines each day.   Look at teams favored by 1-5 points that are playing at home vs a team with a superior record. 

Also looking at the lines look for an unranked team favored over a ranked team.   Or if the team is plus a few points.  The team should be at home.

Don't go betting every one just bet 1-3 a day.  It will be profitable.  The best day I think to do this is on saturdays.

Look at shooting percentage.. A team will shoot 41-45 percent ( for the most part) I use that as a par number . When I see a team shoot 33-35 percent from the field of worse , than I would have to assume they are do for an improvement. I use the  same for defense. example tonight .. Detroit was coming off a game where they let memphis shoot 56 percent against them, Now dont you think there is room for improvement?? I had the line at -6 Detroit  the line was -3.5 We both know how bad Charlotte is.  I assumed that Detroit was going to play tighter defense tonight giving they let Memphis juice in there mouth last game .. Plus they are a better team then Charlotte and only giving 3.5 compared to the 6 i thought it should be ,.It was a play and a winner .. close call but a winner ..
