I agree with the idea and will be doing only dogs and plus money fave RL's this year as well. My only concern on full game RL bets is bullpens giving up late runs to blow your cover. I plan to just bet first half plays this year which takes the bullpen out of the equation. Of course this means you have only 5 innings to get runs. Just my two cents. GL this season.

Thanks you too! I like your perspective about bullpens, so that may definitely affect which bets I choose for this method, but bullpen implosion could also work in your favor if the other team does it. I'm sticking to full game bets for now since I'm still getting a hang of sports betting, but I definitely like the -1.5 runline or +140 underdog plays. We'll see how it goes! Good luck

You have a point there, bullpens can go both ways. Maybe look at the games you like and then take a look at each team's bullpen performance over the season as well as their last 5 games to see if they will likely help or hurt you late in the game. But bottom line, what I've learned over the years, is baseball can go either way every game regardless of how big the line is. In NBA and NFL the fave wins at a pretty decent clip. Dogs in MLB win about 40% of the time. Staying away from juice can really improve your chances of a winning season. Taking games at even or plus money means you only need to be hitting better than 50% of your bets to profit. GL to ya

Yea I use a lot of season long stats as well as recent week stats to make my picks. I definitely agree with an underdog strategy. Good luck to you too, and thanks for the PM, I added you as a friend
