I'm thinking about using a MLB prop betting system I've thrown together, but it involves placing many small bets and seems like its a sure thing for small profit. At least after a months worth of data.
Should I worry or will the small profits I make (less than $100 a day) pretty much keep me off their radar?

If your only winning $100 a day your not going raise anyones attention IMO. During football season I spend most every weekend in Tahoe and play $300 to $1000 a game and they don't bother me. $2k and above will draw attention to your bets at least in Tahoe. Good luck with your system.

Betting systems are not illegal, so I don't know why you would get banned for using one.
Dose not matter. Even regulated casinos--let alone the unregulated online books that answer to no one--can refuse to take your action for any reason, or for no reason at all.

I would like to get my system to the point where I can post picks, but my job sucks and takes all my time these days.
It involves betting the YES or NO on any team scoring in the first inning. It is meant to be played across the board every day generating more wins than losses over the course of each month even if only slightly.
Currently if you just bet NO every day you will about break even in money. This will happen in spite of winning more bets because the average NO line is around -127. The trick is knowing when to bet YES and simply defaulting to NO when the stats don't support the YES bet.
I mean for it to be a slow burn system carried out over the course of a season with little tiny bets every day as there typically are 15 games in a day. Its meant more for fun than profit, but I'm looking to have both.

If you are using a "chase" system or other such most would LOVE your business as no "system" is fail proof and math proves it (so does all the broke suckers who thought they knew more than the Law of Large Numbers). Yes, with an unlimited bankroll, you can outlast a 5 or 6 game losing streak but, the important question is, do you have a large enough bankroll? Probably not. So play your systems and your bookie and the casino's will welcome you with open arms.
