How can 35 thru 38 be 10 - 4, when the total can only be 13

to quote leon spinks its what they do

As of september 19, there are still quite a few people with incorrect records.

yes i see 6 bogus entries listed at positions 105 - 110  all 13 8 when 20 is the max possible. 

Even worse is errors for positions 10 - 12 all 3 listed as 15 5 1 

etc etc etc

 I have also contacted covers last week about this issue.I got a reply back that they will look into this.That was last week.  Still not fixed. Especially the ones 10-12 could impact the winner at one point.

Come on covers.  How long does it take to fix this when we supply you with the info.

How did i acquire an extra loss overnight? Went to bed with todays pick locked in, which is now playing and was 17-5 for the month and 15-5 over last 20. Now I am suddenly 17-6 and 14-6 over the last 20?!?! What is going on? You can add up my win/losses and its 17-5 for the month not 17-6

 I sent covers another message. Let's see if they correct the scores this time. Especially 2 that are in the top 10.

 gold blooded  wins are correct.Covers gave him an extra "wrong"  Check his stats  you will find he only has 6 wrong,not 7.

Add up my wins and losses please. You will see they gave me an extra loss. Making statements like i shouldnt be able to win without first checking my wins and losses is wrong. Thank you.

Please feel free to look through my picks profile and check them against the official outcomes. You will see everything is scored correctly. You will also see there is an extra loss that is not on there. However, other players like PSUMan and Ron Jackson have been awarded extra wins. 

I have contacted Covers twice and have not heard back

How long did it take Covers to respond to you? Its been several days and i still have not heard back

 It's been about six days, and I still haven't heard back . I do know that your picks and wins are correct and covers. Did give you an extra wrong pick.

 I actually found a phone number for covers. Canada and I called them. the message said no available agents. So I left the message, whether they get back to me or not. I don't know.

Correct about Ron Jackson, he has one extra win. This is a bit concerning that the records of players on here need to be double checked. Has this been a problem before?

Trapiote only has 19 wins this month. The 20 posted puts him in a great position to win considering he has fewer losses than the 2 individuals listed above him. If his win total isn’t corrected it could result in an erroneous monthly winner.

 Covers finally replied. This is what they said

We are still actively working on having these corrected. Unfortunately it has been a bit more challenging than the normal methods I am able to use when sorting these issues. Rest assured, any users with inflated records will be calculated correctly before any prizing is awarded. And we will still continue to have these fixed even when the month is over for accuracy.
