You already know that Covers offers some of the best free contests in the online sports betting space, but we'd love to give back to our community with even more opportunities for you to win!

What kind of community-based events and contests would you like to see?

A poker night would definitely be good! Everyone loves to gamble so that would bring out a lot of people

Maybe have a horse racing night where you start off with a set amount of money in your bankroll & the person who comes out with the most money at the end of the night wins...maybe pick a track like Woodbine-Mohawk Park or The Meadowlands for harness racing...would be fun to play in a contest like that...there's a horse racing forum here but no contests for horse racing 

How about a suicide based contest. Pick a baseball team starting on a Sunday. If the team wins you can pick a team on Monday. If the team loses well you can play again the following Sunday. At the end of the week the remaining live players continue on until there is  winner. In other words every week another contest begins so therefore multiple contests will exist at any time after week 1. It might be difficult for the covers team to handle as say after 5 weeks there may be 5 different contests happening simultaneously. Contest ends September 1 and whoever is alive a draw will be made to decide a winner for each respective week.

 Would be nice to see the streak contest modified, like how ESPN did it. See below

• Players would choose the winner of one matchup at a time from the available sports games. 
• If the chosen winner was correct, the player's streak continued. 
• If the chosen winner was incorrect, the streak ended, and the player had to start over. 
• Players could make multiple picks in a day, but only one at a time.

MLB   Go On A Tear contest.  Pick any one mlb team to score the most total runs in a designated time frame and win.  It's that simple.  Tie Breaker could be exact total  first.  Then second TB could be team member who had most rbi s in that given time

Instead of picking a game for a streak,pick a player to go on a hitting  streak. Contest runs till the end of regulation baseball season.

 ESPN streak for the cash, that type of format. They could have two different contests at one time, they could have the Covers streak survivor the way it is, and have an Covers streak survivor that is similar to the SFTC format. And  they should also add an forfeit button option. 

@tammy296  Start offering picks in Women's sports at the college level.  Start with women's softball and

basketball.  Provide picks for the Triple Crown of Horse Racing.  Provide picks for the "Majors"  in golf like

the Masters.  Beef up the prize list with more money to more pickers.  Let the top five finishers for the month

win a cash prize.  Pick a list of the poorest 10 records for the month(let them pick against the other losers

in a second chance contest).  Keep the leaders of the month and total winners on a section on the computer screen at

all times.  These successful pickers motivate the rest of the field.  You should not have change screens to see the leaders.

Please, bring back "Ultimate Race", by far the best contest on Covers...

Maybe with a little twist, like a prize for the first to achieve 100 picks correctly, then a prize for the first one to go to 200, then 300...

At least two "Ultimate Race" per year, let's do it!!!

I really do enjoy the Ultimate Race.  I have never performed very well, but a fun contest.  Thanks for all everyone does at Covers.  You are all fantastic.  I have never had a bad experience.  I have received everything I have ever been fortunate enough to win!  Thanks for trying to make Covers even better! Any chance of having playoff contests again?

We are on the brink of NBA & NHL playoffs. 
And, I’m long eliminated from season long contention. But, always like making picks. 
I’m currently making daily NHL & MLB picks.  And of course streak survivor picks.

I’m an avid poker player, so I’m all-in on anything poker.

How about the Biggest Loser Streak Survivor keep it the same Monthly Loser and Highest Losing Streaks.

You can have another contest where you do teams have each person in the group pick one team 5 people per group shares a combined score wins at the end of the contest/playoff .

I have occasionally thought, why don’t you add something including prop bets. More and more betting sites have props, so covers should have more to accommodate and facilitate as well. In Streak Survivor add props as if a new sport group. Within the props group add any combination of matchups from any number of sporting events. The betting sites can be your source of them or have someone make different ones if you want. I like NASCAR matchups by the way. Or keep Streak Survivor the same and develop Streak Survivor Props in stand alone form. Also awesome.

To add to what I suggested earlier once a team is picked to win that team cannot be picked again. 

Looks like the playoff portion of covers contests has returned. I anticipate the upcoming NHL playoff contest. Streak survivor is the absolute best thing going. I always love the ultimate race and cannot wait for another one. Whatever covers can provide, I will be in on! As far as for poker, maybe covers users can pick a side or total from specific sports, and like in ultimate race, users will have to pick a different sport, for their pick, the following day, and so on, until all active sports have been picked, before users can choose a side/total from an active sports, again, and award longest streak a prize package/swag.
