Shows you this game is pretty much all luck and very little skill. In his past 6 picks, he's gotten a blocked extra point to save his streak with a push, and two miracle comebacks in the NBA, including needing every single point of a 41-25 run to end last night's game. Covering a 7 point spread after going to OT with a road team almost never happens.

Stack is approaching 1000 picks in the contest and hitting at over 53% even if you take away the current 18-game streak. There have certainly been some lucky finishes of late, but there's clearly a high degree of skill involved as well.

There is no question that some luck is involved in any streak but this is a game of skill. You can't put up any significant streak without having some skill. To suggest that this game is all luck flies in the face of all logic. Winning the lottery is luck. Handicapping sports is and will always be a hobby of skill.
