PRIZE ISSUES

I won two hats and received them both in a timely matter.  Around 3 weeks each......

This is f ing annoying with so many people complaining about not receiving prizes.  I don't blame those who have complained.....  Maybe people entered information wrong,  whatever.  But give some feedback to them and let them know what the problem is so we don't have to read this bullshit anymore. 

 

I agree.  Feedback would be nice, to find out why I didnt receive the $25 free play.

 

I simple reply back to my nunerous e-mails is all I was asking for. 

But ... could be too much to ask.  Who knows.

 

no $25 for 7 in a row...8 weeks ago...

I am new from a couple months ago and had seen these forums with concerns/irritation about not getting paid when I started.  I played anyway and won the weekly leader in NHL hockey.  They notified me immed. and I confirmed.  i sent questions by e-mail 3 times and they always responded right away.  they said i'd get a check in 2-3 weeks and I got my check at end of week 3.  i think this is great sight but understand frustration of others.  Wonder what problem is?  It's not like a hoodie or hat will put them under.  Good luck to all.

hit 7 last thursday.  and the free 25 is in my account today.  As long as you follow the directions it should work.

Thanks for the post, Rocafella. I sent a message last week to communitylou (who sent my the original e-mail after I hit seven straight four weeks ago), but never heard back. But based on your post, I signed in at Diamond Sportsbook and there the freeplay money was. So it's all good.

Would be nice to get a nine-gamer, not for the hat, but to get closer to the 17 and beyond.

I already won a preseason mlb contest, i do receive the check. 600 dls. But the problem is the time, taked like 3 months. But they do pay!!!

I hit 7 in a row and got the email on Oct 21., i opened my account on diamond sportsbook, and emailed them back the next day with my account information and in the directions it said it would take up to 10 days and now its closing in on a month later and stil no 25.00 in the diamond account... In the past i have won hats and ipods and never have had a problem, i still use my same email address that i have used in the past, I even emailed community lou last week and got no response??? What should I do now??HELP

i hit 7 and recieved my $25 no problem.  just had to follow the directions. 

Received 2 hats and hoodie from awhile back no issue.

Although, not too keen on the $25 Diamond account. All I get are calls from Diamond trying to get me to deposit money.  Annoying.

Otherwise, patience will get you everything.

Never got my $25 from Diamond Sportsbook. Sent many emails to them and no response...Diamond called tho and wanted me to make a deposit. As for the $25, hav to deal with covers.com for that.    Too much trouble 

Can't you sue Covers if they don't give you your money?

For what its worth i received my $200 for winniing nhl weekly leader and got my money in 3 weeks.  They alerted me the morning after contest over and answered all my e-mails(3 of them). Has anyone missed being paid a prize recently, in the last 6 months or so?

when I hit 7 I didnt get a response either...after about a month I contacted them by e-mail 3 different times and then finally got a response from 3 different people....the last one was an asshole and said I'll get it when I get it that its a contest and they dont have to honor it if they dont want too !!!!   Not exactly in those words but the meaning was the same nevertheless..I received it about 2 months later...whatever !!!

Why dont they have to honor it? Everything in the rules says they have to pay if you win by that same prize/something equivalent or greater.

 Not worth the trouble. I played the game.  I won. If they don't wanna pay then so be it. Won't beg them for 25.00.

Now if it was a little more then..........
