Covers.com Streak Survivor Monthly Cash Prize — How Long Until They Contact Winners?

How long does it take for the Covers.com team to reach out by email regarding the monthly Streak Survivor cash prize? So far, I've heard nothing from them. I've already sent 2 emails and have only received an automated response stating they are operating on holiday hours. Does Covers.com actually pay out cash prize winners, or do they drag their feet as long as possible? If anyone has previously won a cash prize through them, I would greatly appreciate your help and insight on this.
