Quebec loto - what's the minimum amount won that's declared income?

What I mean is starting at what amount does your winnigs start to count as an income while playing loto in Quebec?

If I win 25 000$, will I get a T4 for my income taxes? What about 10 0000$

Does somebody know?

all lotto winnings are tax free, look how many 649. & 50 mil. was won, all tax free,
