Sorry guys have no Picks today. Going to spend the next few days Capping the quarter finals where I am going to make one big play. I have a lean of Paraguay -1 @+130 but I will not be playing it.

THREAD WITH CARE! I have changed my mind on New Zealand v Paraguay. Normally not good to bet when your confused (I'm sure I will regret it!) but sometimes when your well up, it's nice to take a stab at a hunch. Mostly these miss, but when they hit you get nice odds and rich rewards . New Zealand arguably have been the story of this world cup. They have performed way and beyond above expectations. It seems everyone and his dog (including me at one point) is fading New Zealand bigtime today.

I am going to ride with them. I can only recommend low stakes if your playing this. Realistically the South Americans SHOULD have too much for the Kiwis on the day. The All Whites have captured their country's imagination (record highs in viewing on New Zealand tv) and the rest of the world's as well. Pride, passion, belief and a little naiviety can take you a long way.

If Paraguay start well and score early my bet is done and dusted and they could end up putting 3 or 4 past New Zealand. I for one would not be surprised to see a Paraguay rout of the kiwi's. There is every chance the occasion and what they have already achieved already, catches up with New Zealand and Paraguay roll all over them. I really hope not and I am going to back the kiwi boy's believing they will fight till the end, play with that passion and finish the tournament on a high (probably without qualifying).

REALLY tempted by Holland but I am going to sit tonight out.

Don't have a big feeling on any of the games tonight and would rather not post a pick if I don't feel secure in it. Maybe 110 to win 100 on Japan and Denmark to be drawing at HT. Just for an interest but really don't have a huge feeling so I am not going to recommend any plays for tonight.

Tomorrow, I am waiting on the 2nd part of my England parlay (see above, hope a few tailed on that).

Will also take a stab at the draw Brazil v Portugal. Think a draw suits both sides, both have looked strong at the back (just one goal conceded). Will play the draw and 1-0 Brazil exact scoreline.

I can't back Ivory coast at that price so will sit that out..Tomorrow's play's will look something like..

1) Brazil and Portugal to Draw @ +200

2) Brazil to win 1-0 @ +550

3) Luis Fabiano to score first and Brazil to win 1-0 @ +2500
