if you watch the match on Univision, instead of shitty FOX, there is no Modelo break, they stay on the field the whole time.
Even if you can't speak Spanish, YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF A TREMENDOUS DISSERVICE IN THE USA watching any soccer tournament on an English broadcast network, including England.
And I'm not talking up the obnoxious "GOooooal!", which could be turned down a but, I'm talking about the entire rest of the match.
I know I will get some flack, especially from the UK folks.
But watching these matches as if it were the PGA is a total disservice to the game.
Do me, do yourself, a favor and watch on Univision right now. Or stream Univision on Peacock in 4K

i cancelled my $30 VPN service because I can just get any game and any broadcast for free LOL. idgaf if it's delayed...

I am recommending to watch on free Univision, as Univison never breaks for a commercial during the two new water breaks.
The Spanish commentary. It may not be for you, and in your country the commentary in English may be awesome.
But Fox in the US is atrocious, the commentary and the call of the match.

Rewinding and 4k and other basic features of streaming, like watching condensed games or reruns of games all in 4K is worth the $ for two months during the world cup and it works all over the world.
I travel and I bet a lot on these games and I really need to see every game, rewind, pause and all that other good stuff.
I stream free illegally NFL and MLB because I refuse to pay for that for many other reasons.
Also with simultanous matches going on live, the streaming option allows you to watch any match and live with all the bells and whistles. Can't rewind Fox. And the free websites are sometimes lacking.
But the 4K streaming was not the point of this whole thread, sorry I mentioned it and keep talking about it. (I love 4K!)
Tomorrow AM I will watch Brazil/Haiti from Friday the 19th before making a decision on tomorrow's Japan Brazil match.
To me there is nothing more important in the world of sports and sports handicapping than the world cup. I live for this.

I used to pay for the MLB package because 8 years ago you could watch up to 4 simultaneous games.
But the best thing was instead of choosing home or away broadcasts for sound, they used to have a "stadium" option. No announcers, no talking, just the crack of the bat, the crowd. It's just like being in the stadium - except you do get all the TV graphics with pitch count and everything else.
