In play is better for cards if the ref ignores many fouls at the start, then its good time to bet. Or if there's lots of injury expected.

Just a feeling if the line is off... Like russia games seems weirdly low for 2moro.. 3.5 or 4 yellow 

Lazio roma derby good chance for red but odds reflect it.
