It's called "simulation" which means "you are faking an injury where none exists you fucking poosie beeyotch actor"

I've only seen one in the group stages.

my take is that over time, the "simulation" will be called more and more. It should be.

BUT

a lot of times, later in the half or match, the faking and writhing on the pitch gives a much needed breather to both sides.

one day they might make a player sit, team down a man for 2 minutes, every time you park on the ground more than 20 seconds.

These soccer players and their flops make bball players look like saints. 

it is gettin better in this competition because of rule change

if you go down and need treatment you have to go out und stay out for a minute so your team is down to 10 men

thats the reason players who would normally stay on the ground to waste time suddenly get up and play on if its not a real hurt

only possibility to still go on with this time wasting is, when the goalkeeper gets downed as he is not forced to go out after medical treatment

this should be changed an another player should be sent off for a minute after goalkeeper treatment

i am pretty sure we will get to see some of these goalies when it comes to the knockout stages and a teams tries to safe the result in the last 10 minutes of a game

Totally agree with you on this. I thought the NBA was getting really bad with this fake stuff, soccer players are way worse.

I agree with the fake injuries and shit, but I will say this they are much better actors than they are on the NBA floor. These guys have it down to artwork!
