Soccer is rigged

First time watching Soccer and it seems like Messi only scores on easy shots. Maybe he was better when he was younger ?  Also seems like soccer is rigged. Like that foul called on France that Messi scored on penalty kick. Really that was a foul that deserved a penalty kick

Di Maria gets brushed on the arm and falls to the ground.  He was looking for any chance to dive.  What I don't understand is why isn't Di Maria required to take the penalty kick?  He's the one who was supposably fouled and the one with the scoring opportunity.  Instead, the ball gets aligned with the center of the goal, with no defense, and Messi gets to take the penalty?  Stupid.

 If that was a foul that warranted a penalty kick than there should have been plenty more penalty kicks. I love watching these bad actors flopping around on the ground like someone cut their leg off and amazingly are able to get up and run all over the field

Something I noticed. And for the record, I only watch the world cup. I don't watch soccer, because it's boring. But I noticed this? Messi penalty kicks, he does not kick them hard. He has no momentum to kick the ball hard. He lets the goaltender move first. He slowly walks up to the ball, and kicks it. So why does the goaltender MOVE???? With no momentum, he can't kick the ball hard. So why does the goaltender move???
