If she knew she had him out kicked, then she makes the call. Run it twice figuring she'll at least hit one out of two runs.
I actually played against a 3 man crew that worked together to cheat. I changed up my play to make it look like I was chasing when I had the nuts. When the one guy bet big after the river, don't think he was expecting me to shove. When I did, both the other guys he was working with in the hand looked at him to see what to do. He shook his head "no" to them so they both folded. He called because he flopped top set when I flopped the nut flush. I immediately racked up my chips and said you'll never have a chance to get these chips back because I'll refuse to sit at a table with you. I told the floor what happened. Never saw those guys again.
