I&#x27;m looking at the Brazilian Vasco Da Gama RJ vs Chapecoense  match for today and I see that  Chapecoense is at -0.5 goals at -114 on the Handicap and at -118 on the moneyline.... are not these two THE EXACT SAME wager since a draw causes the 0.5 goals to lose?&#xA; &#xA;Why is there a $0.04 difference?
