Missed the Thursday and Fridays games.  

Read a little about the teams in preseason but I never really capped these games.  Truth is, every year I have a rough start but usually figure it out by week 3 or 4.  Then I start rolling.  Then someone pisses in my cornflakes and I quit this forum around week 14.  Will history repeat itself?  Probably.  In fact, probably sooner which is why there are so few posters in this forum.

That was one of the best ice hockey games I've ever seen......during the timeout, the Edmonton coaches schemed to pass the puck off a Panther leg into the goal for the overtime win, that is solid coaching.....so Pirate, are the Oil gonna be hoisting the Cup, or not?

I made a bet yesterday so never mentioned it.  So I made a small bet on Tor ingame just to see how it goes record wise.

That was a crazy game for sure.  Not sure the Oil should have won but glad they did.  For some reason, they haven't played their best yet.  McDavid looks great at times but not consistent.  I sure hope Oil country wins.  I was born in Edmonton so I have a soft spot for the Edmonton sports teams.

I wanted to get my pick in on covers then I went to make that small wager and seen I had bet Calgary and not Toronto last night.  Opps.  I didn't make that small wager on this game as posted since I would be betting against myself.  I am just going to not count this on my record.  I am hoping for Calgary since  I now remember my tghought process last night.  My knee jerk reaction when I got home late today for the game was Tor and was in a hurry to get my pick on the board.  I am such a clown.

Not watching since UFC is on one screen and kind of interested in the military parade going on in the states on another screen.

Just watched the end.  That was a closer game then I thought it was going to be.  I had 3 screens going at once.  Oilers are gripping the stick to tight and playing like shit.  Big gap in time between the prelims and main card.  So, I watch the last 5 min. of this game.  It was entertaining.

I know all good things come to an end.  

I spent a good hard 10 minutes looking at the games this week to make some plays.  Now that is about 9 minutes more than I did last week.  It has always has been fruitless putting in a bunch of capping time since the less I read, the better the results for me.  Hence, since I upped my capping time, I probably will not cash in.

leaning Winn over BC in last game but not committed yet.  Will just stew on it for a bit.  Besides, if I don't play the game, it will be impossible for me to fall to .500 record. 

FYI, my average play amount for game is about 10 bucks so I won't be getting rich soon nor will I be forced to sell my sperm to pay my bills.  

I thought I lost my bet by the end of the first.  Then with less then a minute, I thought I was gonna win when Sask had that goal line stand and punter kicked a good ball from the end zone......  THEN I LOST FOR THE FIRST TIME.

I had to add these picks because with the weather, I don't see this as a very interesting game to watch.  So now I have a reason.
