Mexico +200 90min regulation time. I remember About 20years ago I took a road trip from Chicago to L.A. I took route 66 going the whole way there. I remember going through the top part of Texas going through New Mexico to Albuquerque. So as I'm entering N.M. they had signs saying elevation 2,000 feet, 3,000 then 5,000 feet. The crazy part is there were no big mountains so you can't even tell your going higher. Time I got to Albuquerque I got so sick with nausea, then I started vomiting. I was sick for about 12hours. So what I'm getting at England's screwed because of the elevation. It probably could take days to get used to the elevation plus the Mexico fans were blowing fireworks off and playing music all night by England's hotel!
