In the knockout round, teams play really conservative as to not give up a breakaway. It’s all defense defense and more defense. Playing for their chances with PK for the win. Just my opinion.

Hard to say that, for sure Paraguay did because they are so outmatched talent wise, but was pretty shocking to see Netherlands seemingly not go for it more.
