Bummed that Man City couldn't hold on yesterday but I guess I did handicap the game somewhat correctly saying Bayern would yet again not get two goals. The penalty was what it was, just kind of sick of seeing these players penalized when the human body cannot do anything else with an arm as the body is going to ground. Anyways, moving on to today...
OVER 2.5 (BAYER LEVERKUSEN/UNION SAINT GILLOISE): Tough not to back a high scoring game here after Union has been hammering goals at home and Bayer will need to score at least one imo. I see this game more open than tight and with strong lineups going in the first half I am comfortable backing some goals here.
SEVILLA FH PK (+149): I do NOT think that Manchester's starting lineup is as lethal as in games past. They do have Rashford and Weghorst available off the bench but with a very good return in the first half and a Total that is saying the game will probably be UNDER one goal, I am good with taking Sevilla at home in a game which should be very highly contested.
I think the Juventus game might end in a tie as Sporting hasn't been all that good of late and Juventus doesn't score much on the road. But with news that they may recover the points docked to them b/c of the financial scandal, the spirts of the Old Lady might be enough to carry them over the edge.
Also looked at the Europa Conference League and both of the favorites are highly priced and I do NOT see both winning outright. Just not sure which one will stumble (thinking Nice) so not going to play either. As always, tail or fade, good luck to all.
