I think people are overestimating the possibility of an open free flowing game and the motivation. Yes England will be devastated by their late game letdown. But they aren't going to deviate from their defensive style when you have all that firepower on the other side, and I believe will be motivated to salvage 3rd place as much as France will be to get Dechamps that last win.
I think it will be a tight one and I can't really think of anything worse than trying to hit an over in international football in muggy Miami. There will still be plenty of backwards passing and time wasting and Mbappe is amazing when he's good but when he isn't like last game, all he does is get past the defense and then screw up the final touch and finish.
France are such a big name team, been to the last 2 finals and won one, England will not play loose and not care. I still don't think they'll win but they won't be any less motivated than the team who is used to playing in finals and now isn't.
I think this game could just as easily be 2-1 as 3-2. I hate overs in soccer. Guys can't even hit the net half the time.
However, France has the most corners in the tournament (12 more than England) and the most shots on target. While England has the most free kicks by far (30 more than France) so those stats should contribute nicely to an over.
