Wayne Bennett is a MYTH

Seriously, is this what he delivers when he doesnt have team full of SUPERSTARS to turn to?

The thing is, compared to last year, the players in the Knights team have ALL gone backwards.....

Compare that to Hasler, EVERYONE has improved under him, everyone.......

Everyone under Bennett who were average last season, have all regressed.....Mullen the most, he is awful.....

Even under Cleary, the Panthers have at least held there standard..

All average players that go to the Storm also IMPROVE significantly as individuals.

Bennett has ALWAYS had the whole of QLD to turn to when he was at the Broncs...

He took over the Dragons when they were pretty much a top 4 team for the past 4-5 years

He has coached Australia and QLD...he has always had the best of the best......

half the coaches would give there arm to have the talent he always had........

He is being exposed right now......

He is the very DEFINITION of being born under a lucky star.

Forget about the money for a second.

If he is as damn good as everyone makes him out to be, he should, the team should at least be of the same standard as last year...They are not...The team has gone backwards, as a team and individually they have gone backwards...

Look at Hasler....Barba has imoproved out of sight, especially on D, Morris has improved, KK improved through the roof, Reynolds...Kasiano, they have ALL improved.

Under Bennet, they Knights have all gone backwards...

He is a myth, unless he has a team chock full of stars, he has nothing......

Look at Larry Brown, he always had good teams...He went to the Bobcats who are the trahs of the NBA, he arrives, he gets them to the post season....He leaves, they turn to shit again, thats a eal coach.........

Not someone who has a team full of rep stars who dont even need to be coached..

I am strictly comparing this to the knights roster last year....

None of them have improved, none of them...

Look at what Hasler has had to work with

Kris Keating

Josh Reynolds

Barba , who couldnt tackle for shit and will now feature in 75% of all classic defensive plays for the season.

Bryson Goodwin

David Stagg

Look at what he has done for all them

Lets overlook that he has had probably the best rugby league team to every ever be established in the history of rugby league...Thats shouldnt be mentioned...

But when Mal had an average roster at Canberra his record was 40%

The fact is, NONE of the Knights players have stayed the same standard let alone improved, they have all gone backwards, all of them.....

It's pretty clear the Knights players have regressed, some of them are not even up to first grade standard

In terms of judging Bennett, it's only fair you judge him after a 2-3 year period where he has had a chance to mould the team into a style of play he wants them to play. At the moment they don't have the cattle for it
