A clash between 2 of the most consistent teams in the comp. Tasman have been consistently good and Wellington have been consistently bad, and that's being kind to them. The books have overrated Wellington all season, presumably on the strength of last seasons form and giving them a mere 3.5 start today again seems to flatter them.
I've learnt over the years not to underestimate the bookies opinion but sometimes they just misread a team and Wellington appears to fall into this category. The weather could influence the scoring but the fact remains that wet, dry, windy or whatever, Tasman have been far the better side all comp and should be 9.5 point favourites.
Without going overboard I've got to back Tasman -3.5 @ $1.87.
Good punting all
