Just 1 from 3 last week so looking to bounce back. There are some big home soil advantages in this comp (particularly against teams a long way from home) and my 3 this week are all home sides.
Crusaders were awful last week and I don't see things turning around first up in SA. I don't know if there are personality clashes or what but they are playing bad footie. I'll be on Lions +4.5 @ $1.90 and probably something on them H2H @ $2.50.
I'm sticking with Brumbies despite going down to Rebels last week. Blues are on the up but Brumbies are very hard to beat at home and I don't see them dropping 2 on the trot. Brumbies -6.5 @ $1.90.
Canes looked good last week but we all know they are capable of putting in a shocker and I never back them with great confidence. Having said that, it's always hard for the SA teams to win away from home and especially first up and if Canes are anything like their best they should cover comfortably against Bulls. Canes -3.5 @ $1.90.
Good punting all

Did a very quick count. Only 8 teams have won away from home this season out of 42 games played
That is like the French Top 14 comp where away teams rarely win.
I wasn't aware of numbers Rod but those that you quoted don't come as a surprise. I'd be interested on home/away ATS to see whether books have been placing enough significance on home field advantage.

I'm not sure whether I misread the opening lines or they have changed (which is unusual with my book) but Brumbies and Canes both currently -4.5 and this will be the start at which I will be backing them.
As much as I hate to say it I'm coming around to Canes as the bet of the round.
