Last weekend was another good round for me, could have been a lot better had the ref not robbed the Chiefs of a win but that is sport I guess. Not a lot to like about this weekend really. Some very tight games and strange hard lines to make a play on.
Like just the 1 play tonight. While the Rebels have had the wood over the Force just a really hard game to read in which the line is almost pick em. Stay away game for my mind really, however if do want to have a flatter then I would suggest the Rebels. Yes on the road but they have impressed me a little more this year than the Force.
Pick:
Hurricanes/Blues over 46.5 5 units @ $1.90
Really like the over a lot tonight. When these 2 teams hook up the average score is high at 53 points. Of their last 5 games the over has hit this number on 4 occasions. Think is a great spot for some points tonight. Blues have been very poor really to open the season and if they do not pull finger and score some points they are done for another season for that reason I think they will look to open the game up and throw it around a little more. adlib footy rather than the structure they have been trying to play for the first 4 games of the season. Hurricanes off the bye should be ripe and ready to go and always have a few points in them.

By my record, the over and under for 27 games thus far is...
7-20....That is 7 overs and 20 unders....
Doesn't surprise me Rostos. One of the big reasons is the time wasted setting and re-setting and re-setting scrums. Scrums have been a farce. They have to look at scrums as a whole but at the very least stopping the clock on resets.

Was a nice and easy watch last night with the over cashing with about 20 mins to go from memory. Wish they could all be that easy. Turns out I was correct on the Rebels and for those of you who played the lean well done.
Have a lot of games left in the weekend over the coming night. So lets get right onto it.

Crusaders/Lions Over 51.5 5 units @ $1.90
Were to begin with this game today. For one thing super happy to have a Saturday afternoon footy game, that is for sure. Weather looks to be perfect for scoring points and that is one thing that happens when these 2 hook up. Average score when they get together is 61 points. That my friends is massive number. Lions off a massive win last week on the road in NZ, they could be a little under done this week and the Saders will be looking to take advantage of that big time. Think we see a lot of open running rugby in this one and plenty of points, which is the custom with these 2 teams.
Brumbies -8.5 5 units @ $1.90
They spanked them in the first round and is there any body who could find a reason it wont happen again? Brumbies look very good and the Reds have nothing for my mind. You could say there is a revenge angle but even that will not be enough to keep this encounter close.
Stormers/Chiefs Over 42.5 7 units @ $1.90
Love this over a lot for the game tomorrow morning. Did you know when these 2 hook up the average score is 52 and the books are going to off me 9 points shy of that. I think I will take my chances and see what happens. Chiefs have looked like a team that want to throw it around and score. Now this is from memory more than any think but I feel that when the Chiefs travel to SA they tend to be involved in some high scoring games.
