Well the first week of the new season is finally upon us. Now it all starts to get real and lets start making some money. Last season was by far one of my worst in a as long as i can remember. That is all ok though had a good NRL season which made up for that, First week and have 4 SA teams getting under way.

I am leaning towards a few plays as of right now, however thought first off would open up the boards for discussion and see how people feel about the opening week.

Has been a super summer mate. Plenty of NFL and cricket. Had Seattle which was nice for the biggest bet of my life. If you ever see overandunder he can back that up.

So little run down on how my units work before you guys follow or think about what I have bet. 5 units is the standard play. Bigger play will be 7 units. Small play will be 3 or 4 units. If I love something to death it can be between 10 and 20 unit play. However that is if I love something to death. Each unit represents $20 bucks. So gamble within your budget and lets have a good season.

Cheetahs/Lions Over 51.5 5 units @ $1.90

This game has points written all over it. Last season the cheetahs were one of only one SA team that would have high scoring games and I think they stick to that this season. Lions have a weaker team in terms of D this season in my opinion. I know it is only week 1 but I feel this game has good chance at the over big time. Cant name any stats as of right now but I will be keeping them as have done in years past and you are more than welcome to check in and see what I have. Just think with good weather this game should be like 33-25 type game.

Bulls +7.5 5 units @ $1.90

Bulls are a good side in a strong conference game. This should be a real guy of a game tomorrow morning. Sharks went good last year and there could be a hangover from that as we usually see in many competitions around the world. Bulls are a good side and think they have the goods to keep this one close over night. Wish could watch it really but have big golf tourney tomorrow teeing off at 8am. Will be watching the early game.
