Was a dud game, NRL and the refs pulled what they couldn't pull in a game that wasn't a dead rubber.
They bent the rules because the series was decided and they needed to save some face for Daley and the Blues.
12-3 penalty count but the worst call of the game was the Fatfita try just after halftime.
Jennings was offside, period.
Rule 14.2 of the PlayNRL rule book states:
Any offside player who remains within ten metres of an opponent who is set to catch a kick up field by an opposing player shall be deemed to be interfering with or attempting to interfere with the catcher and shall be penalised unless the non-offending team gains an immediate advantage.
