Yes if $4500 is the market limit for Parra then that is the max you or anyone in the world can bet.

It is a market limit not a player restriction. NRL is a small market to say NFL, NBA or EPL where you will be able to get down much more.

It's fairly basic economics, you can't supply more than the demand or it creates an imbalance.

Even if a market says your limit is $4k, just bet $4k and refresh the market. Then bet $4k again etc etc
