People think they are going to make a miracolous run like last year.........

The biggest difference between this year and last year is....

Expectation....half way through last year, everyone rode them off, this year, people are awake to it........Teams have put every ounce of effort to LOCK the ball up and stop there offloads.....There halves rode off the back of that...I believe it covered up there flaws...There halves are PUNCHLESS on structured set plays....and it is showing.......

There coach looked like Wayne Bennet when he was at Canberra and had no name players, fill him with stars and he is like Craig Coleman.......

Eels -6.5 + Over 38.5

I feel this game is do or die for Parramatta. They were beaten convincly against the Warriors last week and are sitting 4 points outside the Top 8. They lose this and they will need to win 6 or 7 out of their last 8 games - not impossible but a hard task..

The Cowboys season is over although Thurston will be playing his 150th game so there is motivation there.

The Cowboys dont have a good defence and I really think this is the game the Eels explode with a few players coming back into the side (Ben Smith from injury and Jarryd Hayne and Tim Mannah from Origin Duties).

I think the Eels win this easy and think it should sail over 38.5. Depending on whether North Queensland hold up their end..
